I take you on a full vlog tour throughout the entire community. I lived in Pacific Beach and Mission Beach for over 12 years. I know my way around as well or better than almost anyone.

I start off by taking you through and showing you the bars, restaurants, shops, and coffee shops along the world famous Garnet Avenue.
From there, we head into the immediate neighborhood and check out what it’s like to live that close to Garnet. We then head down to Crystal Pier to check that scene out.

We then head to North Pacific Beach to check out the homes and neighborhood feel.
We walk up Turquoise Street and check out the shops, bars, and restaurants there. From there we check out Kate Sessions Park and the incredible views. We hop on my electric backfire skateboard from there and ride all the way around the boardwalk starting at Crown Point Park and ending up near World Famous by the ocean.
I even add a bonus section at the end and we take a quick tour through the million dollar homes in Crown Point and Sail Bay.
