Our expected after market value is going to be around $5,275,000. Possibly more if the real estate market keeps going up at the rate it is climbing.
The timeline on a project like this should be estimated to be about 24 months or 2 years. That’s from day one of designing, planning, buying a lot, construction, selecting finishes, until the day you move in.
