According to the latest data released by the San Diego Association of REALTORS® for January 2019 and published via InfoSparks, the San Diego real estate market is experiencing a momentum slow down on sales volume but could be poised for massive acceleration in 2019. Prices continue to rise ↑ despite the sales reduction.
The Bottom line:
January showed a 18.4% drop in sales from last year while our median sales price increased by 5.6%. The most interesting statistic it that we now have over 33.9% more homes listed this January as compared to last year.
