Downtown San Diego Buildings per Total Sales 2012
The Grande at Santa Fe ended up finishing #1 as far as total sales in Downtown San Diego. 7 sales closed in December to seal the victory! Acqua Vista finished 2nd. Not a luxury high-rise but very popular with investors. Electra had been leading the pack the entire year but 7 sales at The Grande edged Electra out right at month 12. Electra is still the finest Luxury High-Rise in the area in this agents opinion. ICON and The Mark rounded out the top 5 with 26 sales each.
There is no question the market is hot in Downtown San Diego just like the rest of the country.
