2013: I produced this short complex real estate video tour at ICON in East Village to provide views with an experience like they were exploring the complex in person. The pinnacle to the ICON experience is the rooftop social patio and deck. The views are absolutely the best in all of Downtown San Diego. 2013: This video was made to market a studio in the Metrome building located in East Village near the ball park in Downtown San Diego. Myself and my client were very satisfied with the results. We were able to capture the flow and feel of the condominium while at the same time showing potential parties what the neighborhood is all about, all within several captivating minutes. We felt narration and subtitles would have been superfluous as the sequence and music tells the the story perfectly. This video was a very effective marketing tool for us. We ended up with several offers all within days.
2012: I produced the real estate video tour below to showcase my clients wonderfully renovated penthouse level condominium in the Downtown San Diego area. We felt the production came out well.
