Wes helped us with exploration of living options for a potential relocation to San Diego. We found Wes through his videos about living in downtown San Diego and other aspects of living in San Diego – people should definitely check out his YouTube channel! In person, Wes was much the same as in the videos – but without the hurried pace that you get from editing videos for short attention spans. Wes was knowledgeable, honest, upbeat, unbiased, and generally a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our many questions, and worked hard to line up a perfect look-see trip that met our schedule and needs. The relocation didn’t work out so I don’t have feedback about completing a real estate transaction. However, if San Diego came back into the picture again, Wes would be my first call.

As I prepared to move across the country, Wesley was the perfect agent for me! I started watching properties on the MLS months before I was ready to buy with his help- so that once the dominoes started falling for my move, I was ready to make a strong offer.

He ended up helping me purchase a condo that was just what I wanted in the perfect location. It received multiple offers, but with his advice we came out on top, without getting to a price that made me uncomfortable. I was lucky to see the home before making an offer, but Wesley handled everything during escrow while I was back east- even measuring the spots for the appliances I had to purchase.

When closing was delayed (on the seller/escrow side) and threatened to drag on past the time when I had flown out to move in, Wesley helped negotiate to make the time-frame I needed.
