In this quick tutorial, I show you how to use resources like a pro! Specifically, I walk you through the popular real estate website Zillow and demonstrate how I would go about using it if I was not a realtor and wanted to accurately search for homes like an agent.
Why would I show you how to do this you might ask? There are two primary answers to that:

I choose to embrace the resources available to the public and deliver value to my clients by demonstrating exactly how to use it and more importantly how to avoid the major pitfalls and booby traps that public real estate websites lay out for unsuspecting home shoppers.
